Price-list – services:
Event organizers are required to provide a brief summary of the event and specify the time usage of the hall. The hall offers excellent acoustics and is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology for presentations. The venue operator does not permit the use of any other AV equipment apart from what is included in the rental.
For catering purposes, organizers may rent the lecture hall in the attic of the building and use the kitchenette (basic equipment provided). Catering services are not included, and the organizer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost.
Cancellation Policy: 1. No cancellation fees apply if the reservation is canceled in writing at least 14 days before the rental date. 2. If canceled 13 to 7 days before the rental date, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. 3. If canceled 7 to 2 days before the rental date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. 4. If canceled less than 2 days before the rental date, or if the cancellation is not communicated in writing, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
