1) Non-profit, charitable and municipal organizations (Kutna Hora town)

CZK 2000,- for the whole day (9.00 to 18.00)
Price-list – services:
Eventual services provided by the employees of the Foundation (operation of AV technology, guide and other services as agreed) will be invoiced at the rate of CZK 150,- per hour.
The organizers are obliged to maintain a list of the persons present at their actions, including a brief description of the event, schedule, services provided, which is to be submitted to the Foundation after the event is over. The organizers will have the possibility to use the kitchenette (basic equipment), hall and eventually the lecture hall in the attic of the House for the purpose of refreshment of the participants. Catering is not a part of services provided by the Foundation and it will be covered by the organizers.
2) Other organizations and commercial activities

The organizers are obliged to state for what activities they intend to rent the hall. On principle, it is not possible to rent the hall for marketing actions. It is admissible to rent the hall for cultural and educational events, public or other charitable activities.
The organizers are obliged to maintain a list of the persons present at their actions, including a brief description of the event, schedule, services provided, which is to be submitted to the Foundation after the event is over.

The Manager of the House will not allow the organizer to use any AV equipment other than the rented equipment.
