Literature Night 2016
The Literature Night is held every year, which is a public reading of translated European literature taking place at attractive places that are not usually open to the public. In the course of a single evening, interesting personages are presenting a number of passages extracted from interesting books. The listeners can make their own choice on where they will go and what they will be listening to. Kutna Hora belongs among the 70 Czech towns where this exceptional happening was held.
This year´s Literature Night took place from 18 to 22 p.m. at several places: GASK, Town Library, Dacicky House, Hradek (Fortress) and Blues Cafe. The books were read by Tomas Juricka, Veronika Khek Kubarova, David Schneider, Vladimir Kratina and Stanislava Jachnicka.
